Q: I'm having trouble with my WhooCrew account. Who should I contact to troubleshoot?

  • If you did not receive an error message on the submission page, your submission went through successfully.

Q: How do I know that my work submission was received? 

  • During fall football season, the schedule will typically be posted on the Sunday prior to the game. Any other event will be posted as soon as possible.

Q: How soon do the events get listed on the “find a job” page on the website?

There could be several possibilities on why you are not seeing the event on our website:

  • The event is already crewed

  • The event is being staffed by the local labor union

  • The event is being staffed directly by the school

  • Ming Entertainment Group is not the contracted crewing company for the particular event

Q: What if an event I want to work is not listed on the website?

A: With the high volume of work submissions received for each event, the crewer will not be able to notify every applicant. However, if you are selected to work the event, you will be contacted by the assigned crewer.

Q: Will I be notified if I am not chosen to work an event? 

A: There are a few possible explanations for having yet to receive payment for an event worked:

 

  • Your I9/W4 is incomplete
     

  • Your hours were not submitted, and/or contract was not signed in WhooCrew 
     

  • The game you worked aired on ABC, in which case please reach out to ABC.crewing.specialists@abc.com for further assistance 
     

  • The event you worked falls into a pay period that has not yet completed or been sent for payment.
